I remember thinking how foolish we were to think they would let us sully the harbor with tea bags. We thought it would be tea bags, but instead, it was several chests of tea, chained to the deck. All us Catholic school kids waiting to throw Tea into the harbor. He used the word "Y'all," to make us feel more comfortable. We went to the ship in Boston harbor, and a nice tour guide named Mark, was our guid. There are many tours there and my school took the same one year after year. Many years ago, in high school, I got to visit Boston. We have a nice group here and I would like to welcome you. There is some bad H out there and I would hate to see anyone suffer needlessly, or die from h. It is supposed to be a short acting opiate, but the people who sell it, may have cut it with something else. Some opiates last longer and some of this H we are hearing of lately, lasts longer, not sure why, it just does. It makes no difference to me if they are H users, or simply took lortabs for long enough to produce withdrawal when lortab is stopped. Best advice I can give why find out the hard way, wait till you can't take it anymore. The theory I am told is the bumprenorphine is that actuall blocker more so than the nalaxone. It confuses me as well because Suboxone has naloxone which is basically narcan from what I understand which subutex does not have. I hear different opinions on subutex,most of which say you have to wait the same amount of time. My rule of thumb is when I start getting the heroin sneezes, it's that time for me. My opionion on this is to wait at least 24 hours unless you are in heavy withdrawals before that.

I relapsed and this time waited 24 long hours and still wasn't in full withdrawals but had no p/w and felt pretty good. I went into p/w almost immediately for about two hours until I felt somewhat better. I personally waited 18 hours after using, thougt I was in early stage of withdrawal and took an 8mg Suboxone. The wait time after using specifically heroin is different for everybody.
